Set 2 :Everything from the first set but with 35 reps. Set 3: Same thing, but with 25 reps this time. LEGS 1. Supported lunges with dumbbells into weighted rope crunches – 5×10/10 reps 2. Single dumbbell sumo squats into hanging leg raises – 5×10/8 reps 3. Seated abduction into calf raises – 5×20/10 reps 4. Seated leg extensions into weighted lying leg curls – 5×10/10 reps 5.
